Itamar Gueron
Itamar Giron is one of the founders of the Duvdevan Association, and has volunteered for about 9 years as an active chairman. Management of the board of directors, ongoing accompaniment of the association's general manager, who managed about 120 volunteers under him each year.
This association assists the regular soldiers and graduates of the unit in civilian life in order to preserve the unit's values of social leadership and the pursuit of excellence in Israeli society as well.
The unit's graduates strengthen the sense of personal responsibility for Israeli society as a contributing and influential society.
The association has a variety of projects that work for the bereaved families, support for the unit's soldiers, the mentors project, a new way project, a job community project, support for trauma victims, commemoration and heritage.
The association's flagship project is "One for All" - this is a social project in which 40 graduates of the unit volunteer in high schools in order to increase readiness for significant service in the IDF. This year the association's volunteers will reach more than 50 schools and meet with about 10,000 students.

Motti Kirschenbaum
Moti Kirschenbaum is one of the founders of the Mentors Project within the Duvdevan Alumni Association - the Association's most prestigious project, which first opened in 2015.
Moti takes part in the project as a mentor and as a consultant to the project manager. The project was founded in order to accompany alumni of the Duvdevan unit at significant junctures in their lives, through the help of mentors who contribute time and their experience to the graduates.
This is the sixth year the program has been held at the Association and thus far has included 80 pairs of graduates and mentors.
In addition, Motti has also volunteered to serve as a mentor in the Atalef Association and has been accompanying numerous Navy Seals graduates closely for over ten years. The Atalef Association was established in 1984 by the Seal's veterans, with the goal of preserving the special qualities of the unit's graduates and continuing to work for them and for Israeli society.

Yair Seroussi
Yair Seroussi is one of the founders of the Insights in Education Association, and a member of its Board of Directors. Insights in Education is an innovative enterprise that provides a professional-managerial platform which enables lower tier schools to become inspiring schools for the educational community (students, teachers, parents and the wider community) by raising the schools’ educational and social achievements.
In addition, Yair invests and works together with the Kama-Tech Association, which collaborates with large high-tech companies to integrate and promote employment of the ultra-Orthodox sector in hi-tech related jobs.
Yair serves as chairman of the Eli Horowitz Institute for Strategic Management at Tel Aviv University, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Hebrew University, Weizmann Institute of Science as well as Shenkar, the School of Design.
In addition, Yair invests and works together with the Kama-Tech Association, which collaborates with large high-tech companies to integrate and promote employment of the ultra-Orthodox sector in hi-tech related jobs.
Yair serves as chairman of the Eli Horowitz Institute for Strategic Management at Tel Aviv University, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Hebrew University, Weizmann Institute of Science as well as Shenkar, the School of Design.
שביל הסנהדרין
קרן מרתון שותפה יחד עם רשות העתיקות בקידום ופיתוח "שביל הסנהדרין" –מיזם חינוכי תיירותי ערכי רב תרבותי למורשת הגליל.
השביל מבטא את חזון רשות העתיקות לקרב את הציבור ואת דור העתיד בפרט, לעבר ולמורשת בשילוב של תפיסת העולם של קרן מרתון הרואה בחיבור לארץ ובתרומה לקהילה ערך יסוד.
השביל חוצה את הגליל מבית שערים ועד טבריה, ובין השאר, עובר בין אתרים המיוחסים ל- 71 חכמי הסנהדרין.
השביל מחולק לחמישה מקטעים. בכל אחד מקטעי השביל הוצבה אבן דרך הנושאת ערך אוניברסלי אחר - עשייה, שלום, ענווה, נתינה ואהבה. ערכים אלה שזורים בהדרכות ובפעילויות השונות. המהלך לאורך הדרך, ייחשף להיסטוריה היהודית, לאתרי המורשת, ליצירה הספרותית, לאישים והדמויות המרכזיות שפעלו במרחב הגליל בתקופת המשנה והתלמוד שמידת השפעתם ויצירתם הביאו לבניית היהדות כפי שהיא עד ימנו
קרן מרתון, אשר עוסקת בפיתוח והשבחה של נדל"ן בישראל, רואה חשיבות גדולה בערכים אשר מייצג השביל כגון- אהבת הארץ, ציונות, שלום, ענווה, נתינה, חיבור להיסטוריה והעבר של העם היהודי בארץ ישראל ולכן פועלת ביחד עם הרשות ומנהל השביל לקידום ופיתוח של השביל וחווית המטייל בו.
במסגרת הפרויקט, קרן מרתון מובילה את הליך סימון השביל בסטנדרטיים בינלאומיים, הכנת אפליקציה ייעודית לנוחיות המטייל, מינוי פרויקטור ייעודי לניהול השביל ועוד.
הפרויקט החל בשנת 2022 .

Itamar Gueron is one of the founders of the Duvdevan Association, and has served as Chairman, on a voluntary basis, for 9 years. As part of his responsibilities, he spearheaded fundraising efforts and set up donor bases in Israel, North America, and Canada. Alongside that, he is the Manager of the Executive Committee and provides ongoing support to the Association's CEO, which manages approximately 120 volunteers. The Association assists the IDF servicemen and graduates of the Duvdevan Unit in integrating into civilian life in order to preserve their unit's values of social leadership and striving for excellence in Israeli society. In addition, the Association runs a variety of projects including work for bereaved families, support for the unit's soldiers, the mentors project, a “new way” project, support for victims of trauma, commemoration and heritage. The Association's flagship project is “One for All” - whereby 40 alumni of IDF units volunteer in high schools across Israel in order to increase willingness among students for meaningful service in the IDF. This year the Association's volunteers will have visited more than 50 schools, meeting with about 10,000 students.
