Marathon is focused on value-add real estate investments in the middle-market range in Israel.
The fund is active in various asset classes, with a deep understanding of zoning uses and urban design and planning. Investments are led by the management team that forms a round table of advisors for each investment.
The value-add approach is implemented through flexibility, ability to react quickly in a fluid environment, and an emphasis on quick realizations in order to maximize ROI end yield.
